How do I book an appointment?
You can send an email to hello@bravenewlivingpsychotherapy.com (hello@bravenewlivingpsychotherapy.com) to book a session or schedule a phone consultation. Please include days of the week and times that you are available.
If you are a new client, you must first book an initial 15-minute free consultation.
As a new potential client, why do I have to book an initial 15-minute consultation?"
Sometimes, a different type of mental health practitioner may be better suited for your needs. This complementary consultation will help determine if we are a right fit for each other. If I determine a different type of practitioner may be a better fit for you, I will help you find that person who can help you. I find that these 15-minute chats can be a valuable step in ensuring that you start your journey off right.
Do you offer In-Person and/or Virtual therapy sessions?
Yes, I offer both In-Person and Virtual therapy sessions.
